While online sales is not the primary part of our business, we do our best to get plants out to you quickly and safely. You will get a confirmation email after ordering and we will send another email when the item has been shipped.
We ship with USPS 3 day Priority Shipping. We try to use flat rate boxes as often as possible but for some plant orders this is simply not possible. If you are concerned about the local weather in your area please send us an email with your order number and we will hold the package for more favorable weather, add a heat pack, or find another option for getting your plant safely to you.
(We currently have our shipping calculated automatically by USPS on this website but if you believe there is a better option please let us know! We're learning all the time.)
If you'd like to send a plant as a gift add the Gift Wrap Product (in the Planters and Accessories category) to your cart before checking out. We will wrap the gift in the paper of your choosing and with a personal note. Wrapping technique depends on product purchased but we will make it pretty, don't worry. :)
Returns and Refunds?
While all of our sales are final if you are unhappy with anything you've received please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate. Damage happens often in shipping but we package well to give the plants their best shot. If you receive a plant that you believe was not packaged well or has an issue from our end, send us a photo of the box/plant immediately after opening. We are not responsible for the mishandling of packages in the mail or by your post office.
